Limoncello

Crema di limoni

Paste for pizza

Ingredients:

 · 6 hardly picked lemons 

· 1 liter of pure alcohol to 90/95° 

· 1 liter of water 

· 1 Kg. Of sugar 

Preparation:


1.  Make macerate the peels of lemons in the alcohol for approximately two weeks.

 2. Carry to temp. water and make with the sugar a syrup. 

3. Pour  the alcool .

4. Pour in bottles . 

If possible serve cold.

Ingredients:

 · 6 hardly picked lemons 

· 1 liter of pure alcohol to 90/95° 

· 2 l of milk partially skimmed 

· ½ l of cream from kitchen 

· 1 Kg. Of  sugar: 

Preparation:

1. To make to macerate the peels of lemon in the alcohol for approximately two weeks.

 2.  Carry to temperature milk .

 3. Decrase, slowly and stirring, the cream and the sugar. 

4.  Pour  the alcool .

5. Pour in bottles . 

If possible  serve cold.

Preparation for ½ kg of flour:

1. Dissolve 40grams I leaven and 10grams of sugar in the water and to make to react for 10/15minuts 

2. Pour in the latte flour and to add water and with a relationship respective of 2/4, ¼ and ¼ 3. Add 20grams rooms to possibly directed contact with I do not leaven To make to leaven until the maximum point and then to begin cut and  spread.
